I know you all have heard this one but I thought I'd follow up anyway. After weeks of the standard meds and no luck finding the "magic bullet", I dropped the chemical equiv (l and s and d). I do not party nor did I want to go this route. I also did it under supervision of a very understanding friend. I'd just like to report its been 5 days now without even a whisper of the deamon. I know this sounds extreem but it worked flawlessly for me. Good luck all.
