Do the following:
Return to the main page of this message board.
On the left side you may be able to find a column of buttons.
Counting from the bottom, the 3rd button should look like this:
If you can find it, click on it.
After a short delay a page will be loaded labeled 
On this page scroll down (about 2 pages) and you may find a link that looks like The Mis-Diagnosis of a Cluster Headache
(BTW, DJ claims it's there since Aug 8th, 2000)
If you click on this link, you should get a page with a very similar content as Bob Johnson's post.
Read this page attentively and you will find a reference to a site called "www.clusterheadaches.com".
