what on Earth would make a person even think of flogging the dogger while he was having a CH? I've had CH for 30+ years and I can attest to the fact that not once have I ever said to myself, "Self, I'm having a cluster headache. I think I'll go whack my pud."
The two just kind of go together like drummer and poetry.
