I suffer chronic cluster headaches and have for about 10 years. I also suffer migraines. I have been in bed for 4 days with migraine and a cluster or so a day. Just because we think migraines aren't as bad it doesn't make them any less debilitating as clusters. I ca no more go to work with a bad migraine as with a 10 cluster. If I could use imitrex it would be different as an injection can stop the worst migraine even after having it a day or more. But I have been in the ER twice with a heart vessel in spasm because of the imitrex so I can't and won't try it again thanks Mike L. Be glad that they research migraines so much because we have benifited greatly from them
