that would be the .5% ... actually .5% of 260 megappl is about 1.3 megappl.

so looks like the numbers seem somewhat consistent. .5% of all ppl afflicted, .0034% at any given moment "in-cycle".

still, this is one helluva buncha humans ... who, as we know -
