God doesn't "cause" our suffering. The devil causes our suffering (if you don't believe me just push the button on the sidebar). God, for some reason unknown to us, allows us to deal with the devil given pain.
I have actually figured out that all clusteheads have at some time in their life had a boil on their arse. This is the medical cause of CH. The only real cure for CH is to lay open your cheek and dig out the "core" left by the boil. Offer this core as burnt offering to Zambonie, the ice god and your CH will be gone.
