feverfew reduces spasms of blood vessels and histamine production and is an antinflammatory.
This means that is useful for cluster (and all other headaches). But, like all the herbal meds, do not function with all us (NO in my case).
Anyway it worths a try, because is cheaper and easy to buy and use.
