I'm new to this board and am glad to have found it. I've been suffering with these damn things for about 15 years. I'm fortunate that I have a very supportive wife and family. My "sessions" generally come in the late fall and last into April or May. Lithuim by it's self generally take care of them. Occasianally the lithuim doesn't work and I need Imitrex or Depekote to kick it in the butt. Recently my insurance company has decided that they will limit the number of Imitrex pills they will pay for. This amounts to 12 50mg pills a month. That is not enough when I'm getting 6 to 8 headaches a day. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.
