Any pain med never did anything for me.
They do make demerol in pill form, but
no effect during the headaches.
What broke the cycle for me last time
(September) was a prednisone taper.
This had worked for me many cycles ago,
and I was at the end of my rope this time
when someone recommended it on this board.
I tried a ten day course, and they stopped.
Now it may have been time for the cycle to
end anyway, but I really think that the
prednisone helped.
