O2 at 8 to 10 liters per minute with a mask helps me and so far has been the only thing. Your Doctor can perscribe it. It the large tank of O2 that you'll need. I start the O2 right as soon as I figure out that a headache is coming on. If you haven't tried yet, it's worth a shot. I've had these headaches since I was 16
