if you do a search through this site you can come up with cases of people who have successfuly attained disability coverage. You'll also see a number of people who have lost spouses due to it. I'm not sure if you need to show that it limits/impacts your life activities or a certain number of people who have this. If the prior, what information are you asking us for? If the latter, I hope this helps you. I'm sure through the Supreme Court's decisions they have pointed towards a direction that they are looking for in the meaning of "major life activity." If you point us more in the direction that you are looking for it will be easier to help you out.
