IF one is using the accepted standard non-rebreather mask...Does not the rate at which one can empty the bag and then have it refilled for the next breath govern the flow rate?

It's my inhalation and exhalation that determines my flow rate....as many here will attest to...

Sometimes I suck more than at other times.
