Nothing triggers my cycles. When I'm off cycle I can drink what I want, screw up my sleep cycles do whatever and I won't start a cycle. When I'm on cycle, then alcohol will produce a real ripper. When I'm SURE my cycle is gone I can drink with no worries. Good luck to you and yours!!
