The way I started on Verapamil was 80mg. 2 times a day, then I added 80mg. more every 3 days till I was up to 480mg. I would call my Dr. but one of the nurses there never gets her to call back. I think the nurse does not have any idea what clusters are. I can go and to see her and find out if no one knows how to taper off. Thanks for any help you can give me. nancy c
