Myself used nasal spray, used alternating nostril( I get them on the right side too). But they stoped working, whent back to Imitrex shots. A thought , untill this cycle only used Imitrex which is only an abortive. I got on Verapamil. It is an prevenive and first line for CH. It realy help me, before I've only used abortive meds and their is so many prentive meds out there that can help you. Check on the right side of this site on medications. Maybe this will help......Suzy
