That sounds awfully similar to my own experiences - just add being thrown out of a very well paid job and being down to the last 10 bucks (well pounds really) in the bank with no prospects of any more!
Guess what? Out of the blue - offer of some work, well paid too! This after being screwed around by a 'so called' friend with offers of 'pie in the sky' opportunities which used up some of my last reserves.
Then, a very special friend entered my life. Someone who tries real hard to understand the living hell that CH is. Someone who tries to be there when I'm hurting. Someone without whom I doubt if I could exist.
Like the lady said - often what you need ends up laid in front of you. You just have to see it and grab it while the opportunity is there.
Live in peace and freedom from fear - I can't say pain since you (like me) suffer from CH.
