The Christmas tree is lit, and I sit here alone watching the lights blink in their rhythm and patterns of colors. The sound of silence is all around me. I thought I'd feel alone like last Christmas. I'm not feeling alone. There are so many friends I care about here, and to come and read the Christmas greetings is comforting.
I wish I could give everyone the cure for our freakin heads. I don't have the cure, but I hope I can work along with everyone else to try to find it in the New Year.
I'm thinking maybe if I post my wishes here in the ether of the cyber-world my prayers will be heard and answered. I pray that Elaine and Sailpappy get to feeling better. That Linda H finds her new home. Pray that someone I care about greatly gets the gift of being pain-free forever after his surgery on the 26th.
Pray that everyone has a blessed Christmas, and no one is in pain.(I mean no pain as in never again)
