Unfortunately some states lag behind in there updateings and the Sate medical board needs to be contacted in your state ,,,,, BUT they all preatty much the same,,,almost WORD FOR WORD
from the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGS they just don't bother to tell you, that as American's you do have RIGHTS! and one of them is to have your Pain relived.
