I'm a short term chronic (only 3 years) - but doing sooooooo much better because of the people and info on this site. Some of the folks here have a LOT more experience than I do, but I wanted to jump in to tell you that this is the place. Tell us what you have already tried and what you are doing now. Hang in there!
