Sometimes some of us just hit the wall, but I guess others of us never do because the severity and dynamics of our situations are soooo different.
I, too, have been following your messages, and my heart goes out to you, with the full knowledge that the advice "suck it up" just doesn't cut it sometimes. I'm sure you've done that again and again and again, but failing that, don't let that stop you from coming here to express your desperation (or sadness or frustration or anger or depression or what-the-hell-ever) again and again and again. That's part of the reason we're all here.
