Ueli Ill try to help you as much as i can.I was in a bad cluster hell desperate to try anything.Threw 18 years of clusters Ive tried every drug on the market. Some seem to help for short periods but seems you build a immunity. At this point I was willing to try anything. Checked myself into university of iowa hospital. My neuro.said they had some sucess using the medrol.I was in the hospital 2 days,they gave me a bag of the i.v. solu-medrol every 4 hrs,dont no exact dosage.no tapering like steriods.Ive had a few light shadows, but no major cluster, still kept imitrex close by.The sucess was not immediate,at the time I was in severe clinial depression,had to get a grip on that also,but each day started getting better and better I still work on it every day, kepting positive-mind very very important.dave s
