Hi Teach,
While I agree with the "what ever works" philosophy, most of us have had some experiences with narcs and the drugs didn't do squat. Yeah, the stuff I took would put me in LaLa land AFTER the CH had run it's course (and maybe masked a follow up of the beast) but the next night the beast would come thundering back. The point is, there are many ways to deal with the pain of CH and narcs should be at the bottom of the list.
