Yes, he takes 2 or 3 tablets before bed and it will usually get him through the night. It doesn't always stop the early morning/wake up attacks, but when he's at the peak of his cycle - getting rid of the middle of the night attacks is a Godsend. Sure isn't a cure and if he does get hit it won't do a thing to stop the attack, but if we can skip just one attack and he can get consecutive hours of sleep, we'll take it.
