going in soon for a sleep study to have them tell me I have apnea. I was already told this before, but not by a doctor or after they hooked me up to all sorts of wires, machines, bells and whistles. So afterwards I'll probably have the machine and will let you know how it works regarding CHs.
When I was told I had apnea I didn't really care. I figured I'm asleep and barely ever remember waking up from it. But since I've been claiming for a while there is a relationship between it and CH I figured I might as well do something about it.
