Its Anticonvulsant prescribed mostly for seizures but they have found it effected for clusters. I took it along with verrapmil and imitrex. It made me tired, but thats about it. It helped when I first started it took my attacks from 6 a day to 2 and with a year of changeing doses I have not had any clusters for months.
I will warn you of this if you take this drug what ever you do don't ever just stop taking it taper off. I made that mistake and it was like taking a bottle of downers, I hit rock bottom depression overwelmed me. Please if you should stop taper off slow.
