i was taking 480 then went back to 240. i'm also taking naproxen (arthritis meds) which helps the swelling in my feet and the pain in my legs, but i wake up several times a night and my knuckles are just burning hot. my fingers are numb all the time. 2 weeks ago i switched from verapamil to tiazac, another calcium channel blocker, but nothings changed. i just keep reminding myself that though this hurts, it's nothing compared to ch pain.
