ice pick stabs that last for about the same amount of time through my day since starting on Depakote. Only have had two bad days a week for over five weeks now. But that better then what I'v been through for the past year. Done worry about your bouts. Just record them and keep a close watch on what your body is saying to you. You headaches maybe changing. Take the information with you next time you see your doctor. I hope it's getting better for you...hugs
