I've been suffering from serious anxiety/depression for the last 10 years, just about when my clusters really started to get bad. I tried all the ssri's with no luck except for paxil. Paxil was great but the side effects were ridiculous. My sex drive was gonnnnnnnnnnne in a big way. I was tired all the time and had bouts of terrible stomach problems. If I could only find something that worked as well without the side effects. I'm giving sam-e a try right now but nothing so far. The depression subsides somewhat when I'm out of a cluster cycle but comes rarin back. I get this tightness, almost a pain in my left chest and my head feels funny. Strenuous exercise seems to help some as well as with the clusters.
