I started getting them years after cluster headaches started. Mine usually last 20 minutes to the minute! I get maybe 4 or 5 times a year, not usually during cycle tho. I can almost tell just before one starts...been wondering if it has anything to do with bp? Don't feel sick with them or anything else. It just bothers the vision.
I don't experience the rest of the symptoms you mentioned. Anything new should be checked out.
