MUCH confusion comes from linking CH to Migraine, which does have a hereditary tendency
most research & developing info re: CH seems to be showing less & less connection w/migraines, which is good news for us CH'ers, because trying to deal with this as a form of migraine is what's behind much of the ineffective treatment we've all rec'd over the years

there MAY be a very subtle LONG TERM ancestral background component to this - more related to environmental/developmental response mechanisms than to genetic coding - this is all theory at this point, but promising
