I my case they seem to be going away as I get older. Clusters started when I was 28 and I'm 52 now. The first 15 years I had a 6 to 8 week attack every year (winter). My last really bad attack was in '93 but only lasted 2 or 3 a night for a week. I still have an occasional attack of 1 or 2 Ch's in one night every 2 months. But these are minor attacks (maybe a 7 on a 1 to 10 scale). I do get shadow headaches often but that's just a minor thing. Getting older seems to be a blessing, at least for me.
