I don't think oxygen level has much do with CH. The 10 litres/minute recommended flow is what works though. If you have insurance and they insist on a pulse-oxymeter test before they will pay for oxygen, they are wrong. (I went round and round with my insurance company over the issue and finally decided to just pay for it myself).
