haven't had an attack for 3 years now, thank the lord. my ch beast rate at about a 15+......
the shadows are here now ( since oct. almost everyday) they rate at about a -2 to a 1. the difference between a regular headache and shadows is a reg. hurts all over your head, more when you move and makes you want to lay down. a shadow is a faint ch.kinda like right before you know a ch attack is coming. i don;t know if anyone eles ever gets what one of my drs. called an vision of an aura????
