I have read that they do go away or at least ease up in many cases. I started having attacks about 14 yrs ago and had clusters of 8 weeks worth of attacks twice a year for the first 8 years or so. More recently the attacks have been once a year and shorter in duration. It's been about a year that I have had an attack. Good Luck.....
