Verapamil gave me a small improvement at 360mg, much bigger improvement at 540mg per day, but it took about a week to start working at that level. One month later I added Indocin at 150mg per day and saw some more improvement. Finally adding Neurontin at 1200mg has made me almost pain free after 3 years of being chronic.
I have tried backing down the levels of each med individually, but get nailed every time I try. Then it takes a few days to work again.
As always, what works for me won't always work for others!
