But about surgery..... if you go back on the posts, you can find only one good result in surgery.
Anyway, before trying surgery, I recommend to try the instillation of novocaine clorhydrate (may be xilocaine in USA) in the sphenopalatine ganglium.
Is not painful...just a little....annoying...:-)
If this doesn't function, DON'T try surgery! Not useful at all!
