Think it's the sansert. I tried it once at the end of a cluster. The first dose made me really dizzy/lightheaded. I never really gave it a chance as the cluster ended. I saved it and when the next cluster started I asked the new neuroligist if I should start taking the sansert the previous neuro had prescribed. He said NO. He believed that the side effects were too great. From what I read, the side effects are only a concern after 6 months of continual use.
