on if your doctor wants to sign a form. I ran into the same problem with Donald's imitrex 1 script (2 shots every 3 days and not over 3 in a month) but they told me there was a form the doc could sign to approve the refills. Donalds was supposed to have signed and faxed back according to his assistant and hasn't been done yet. Imitrex get really expensive at over $90 bucks a refill at christmas time......
