I have found taking 2 diazepam [valum] seem`s to help with the tenstion. I know people do not agree with this, but it work`s for me. Anything to help me sleep is a plus. Excpesially when I`m in a real bad CH attack. Also stop`s me from going to the ER. Save`s monie`s out of my pocket.
