Yes this has happened to me on several occasions throughout the past 15 years. In fact, my first cluster headache caused blurry vision and eye pain. I saw 2 ophthalmologists who said everything was alright and made me feel it was psychological. I was smart enough to seek help elsewhere and I've treated my headaches as atypical migraines. The blurry vision happened again about a year ago prompting me to see a neuro and an ophtho who said it was an ophthalmic migraine. Because my headaches seemed to be getting worse I saw a headache specialist in Manhattan. To make a long story short, I have cluster headaches and have responded well to cluster meds and oxygen. Make sure you have your doctor rule out other causes of visual changes. I've had an MRI of the brain.
