if it is, as you said, a cheap cheese, it surely have a lot of MSG inside, to give it much taste.
Many here (not me) found that MSG (MonoSodium Glutamate, a flavour enhancer) triggers cycles/attacks.
Try to control if also Chinese food may trigger your attacks, and all other things that contain MSG
