Scroll down the board and read Pinksharkmark's and Flash's posts about dosage. For chronics, I believe it's 1/2 the recreational dose, and for episodics, it's 1/4. Once. Flash says the one treatment seems to be lasting for 6 months.
Please be careful and please don't do it 6 or 8 times a day.
