Deepest sympathy to you and your husband on the loss of your friend. I know there are no words that can console. If only the rest of the world could understand what our loved ones go through. I don't think anyone close to a CH, has not heard those cries of desperation begging us just to stop the pain for them...or listening to them wanting to die so the pain will end. Although Lee and I have found understanding among the doctors we've seen and among our friends, this is where I've found people who really know what we go through. Lady Liberty--you and your husband will be in our thoughts and prayers. Joy
