Someone with writing ability should expand on the effect of CH on one specific person and his family by writing a short story about a case like Nathan's.
Women's magazines run stories like this. Just make absolutely clear what the NAME of the head pain is.
Anyone remember the Dr. Ben Casey show? In one episode a woman research doctor suffered such horrible head pain she could not work. She opted for some sort of surgery - cutting some nerves. At the end of the show she was seen walking along the beach with blood pouring from a cut foot of which she was totally unaware. I wonder if she had CH!
