I carry a constant shadow on the left side of my head during a cluster. It's usually not there for the first few days but after a few HA and some meds it stays for the rest of the cluster. I too use cafergot. 2-3 times the perscribed amount (20-25/week). Constant cold fingers and toes.
I can give you my experience with the nighttime ones and exercise. Won't use the space here because I've already posted it a number of times. It's new to me but it sure did work (for me).
