I've used Sansert in the past and it has been quite effective for me. I saw my neuro last week and he said that Glaxo (the Imitrex folks) recommend against using Sansert with Imitrex. But my neuro is not convinced that there is any valid reason for this. Right now he's reluctant to mix them, but he did say that he might do so soon. For now he's got me on verapamil plus Imitrex.
I hope the combination works well for you. If the verapamil doesn't work well enough for me I'd like to be able to let my neuro know that others are using Sansert and Imitrex at the same time without negative side effects.
I'm real glad to hear you have a good neuro on your side.
