Yep, the "Dell Little Book of Headaches" at a friend's house in 1982. At least my GP knew what they were when i told him. 5 years later i was still on Inderal and Periactin and still in pain.
Good clean living is as good a remedy as any i've found. If a person can take early retirement it helps too.
