I recently was switched from Verapamil to Depakote as a prevention method for CHs.
Call anyone tell me how long it takes to begin working (I've been on it for 10 days,
working up to the 4 250mg pills a day recommended by my neurologist). Or even if it
has worked at all. Also, I've been taking Maxalt (10mg waffers) when I get a CH.
Can taking these frequently (at least one a day if not more) cause an increase in
the number and intensity of attacks?
