Hi- I am a migraine sufferer. I have tried Imitrix, Cafergot, Anaprox, Midrin, and narcotics. I have noticed rebound headaches with a few of these medications. I have received DHE45 in the IV form, which is like Migranal. The DHE45 worked very well, and I tried the sample of Migranal. I worked excellent, without a rebound headache. There are some drawbacks, however. It takes longer to work, and you give yourself two sets of nasal sprays 15 minutes apart. After the second nasal spray, the headache went away, but I was extremely nauseated, and had several bouts of vomiting. That was okay because I had, at that point, been vomiting for 24 hours. Then I was basically fine. I had a slight runny nose and some abdominal cramping. Anyways, I hope this helps. I would do it again! Anything is better than that pain!
