When I am in cycle, many times I will feel shadows coming on within minutes of leaving work. Maybe it's going from being in an air-conditioned building all day, out to hot, dry, polluted air? (I'm in So. California).
Most times I'll have a bad CH attack several hours before I go too sleep. But I've been awakened by them too, but usually after having an attack earlier in the evening.
